We deliver within European Union with our shipping partners: DPD and DHL. We estimate shipping times for you based on our shipping partners’ schedules. Delivery time is counted in working days, starting from the moment the order is accepted by courier. This excludes a 24-hour period where your items will be processed and dispatched by our warehouse.
Within EU we operate on a Delivered Duty Paid basis. This means that all import taxes and duties, as well as applicable VAT, will be included in the price of the goods in your order. United Kingdom, Norway and Switzerland will be obliged to pay local VAT and applicable duties.
You have 15 days reflection period from the date you received your order to return it.
